Research provided by the International Health Racquet and Sports Club Association of Boston, Massachusetts showed 86% of new health club members dropped out by their sixth week in 2010. Why is there such an unfortunate statistic? Lack of education, misinformation and confusion led to those members’ failure to get results.
We have assembled and trained a great team here at Jupiter Fitness that is focused on providing members the proper education and information necessary to get results. Jupiter Fitness offers all new and existing members two free 30 minute appointments. Your first appointment will be held by one of the above trainers to run you through a 30 minute total body workout. Your second appointment will be with the Personal Trainer Coordinator for your free Fitness Assessment. The assessment will include your exercise and health history, fitness goals, measurements, strength and flexibilty and your body composition. After the assessment, we will provide options with further instructions.
